Flashing a phone to CricKet is the action of loading a PRL (Preferred Roaming List) file onto a handset so it can grab signal from another CDMA provider. There are two types of flashes; A basic flash allows the phone to be used on CricKet for talk and text. A Full Flash allows the phone to be used on CricKet for talk, text, web, and/or picture messaging. The Flashing Service does NOT include activation. The flash is only done to enable the phone to be used on CricKet. Cricket's Activation fees are separate from flashing the phone to CricKet. You can flash a phone to any CDMA company but only if the company allows handsets that are not their own. This is why you don't see many people flashing to Sprint or Verizon, because they wont activate handsets that are not theirs. We Flash

iPhone Flashed to CricKet?

The iPhone. No one can flash an iPhone to CricKet, Verizon, or Sprint. The iPhone is activated to a GSM NETWORK and uses Sim Cards to communicate with towers. It can never be activated on a CDMA carrier. There are some CDMA world phones that have a slot for a Sim cards that are in fact called, R-uim Cards. This  allows the phone to be used overseas (roaming) with a GSM carrier's tower. WE CANNOT FLASH AT&T OR T-MOBILE Phones to CricKet. In fact, no one can. The two technologies (GSM & CDMA) are complete opposites of each other. Verizon iPhones can be flashed to work with Cricket and or Metro pcs

As the Owner of the phone, you have the right to use your phone with any company you want to as long as its legal and there is no cloning involved or any other kind of illegal activity. This is why Cricket wireless is an opened network; They allow any foreign esn in their system so long the device in question is properly provisioned to accept the network.

Unlocking a phone is also included in this law. or any modifications you want to do to the device as long as you are not violating any copyright laws.
