Well, well, well, CricKet iPhone to be out on the 22nd of this month. Who would have guessed in a million years that CricKet, known as an underdog carrier would ever get a piece of the pie. CricKet wireless had its press release on the 31st of may announcing that the iPhone would soon hit the shelf's of the many Cricket stores around the Nation. It seems that the iPhone will cost around $400-$500 Dollars and a $55.00 of unlimited talk text and data will be required. Of course now a days Unlimited comes with a price of a 2.3 GB data cap in which if you go over it, your speeds will decrease significantly (I could of used the term slightly but then I would be a lying). Although Cricket has already launched it's 4G service in some areas, This will be a 3g version only. There has also benn other rumors that Flashed phones will no longer work in the San Diego market. Another Rumor is that Flashed phones will still work but after June or July of this month, Stores will no longer Activate flashed handsets. So I guess you could call this a Win-Lose situation. Let's Hope CricKet's Network Grows and offers more stable service. What good is an iPhone if your data speeds are like 2g or Edge/Gprs? "Keep on Keepin' on Cricket..."
